We call this room the Surfers Room as it is non ocean front/view.
It is for those folks that like to visit the beach rather than view it. The room is 25 feet or so from the sand. The room provides a queen bed, sleeps two, has a full kitchen, electric fireplace, flat panel TV, shower/bath combo, and a patio to store any beach toys. And if you enjoy it, you can sit outside and watch the people journey to and from the beach while enjoying your favorite beverage.
