We will be open for the 2014 Season from February 1—December 1 and December 20– January 5….and we hope your family will be able to join us!
Rates are quoted in US Dollars , and the rate is the same for one or two person occupancy. We charge $10 for each additional person over the age of two years.
Pet Policy: We are pet friendly. We allow 1-2 small to medium size dogs, with no additional fee. We ask that you do not leave them unattended in the room, and request an extra sheet to avoid hair on the bedding.
To reach a guest: Please dial 503 436 4242 0r 503 436 4243. The guest extension is the room number +100, ex: Room 1 is 101, room 2 is 102 etc. Sorry, the phones in the room do not have voice mail capability.
Our rooms are fully equipped and comfortable. You will find:
- Full kitchens. They include a stove with oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment. Toaster, coffeemaker, broiler pan, pots & pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils.
- 32″ flatscreen TVs with dvd players
- Free DVD library in the office for guest use. there are also puzzles, games and magazines.
- Central hot water heating throughout the building and gas fireplaces in each room.
- Free High Speed Wireless internet access
- Free local and long distance calls from the room
How Reservations at The Ecola Inn Work
Our 2012 season was our best yet. A big thank you to all of you who spent their vacation time with us, we hope you had as much fun as we did! We are now accepting reservations for 2013.
As to how the system works, we book primarily one, two and three week vacations. Our weeks run on different days, depending on the room. Some are set up going Sunday to Sunday, some Saturday to Saturday and some Monday to Monday.
Normally, this year’s guests get first dibs on the same room for the same time for the following year. After that, priority is determined by the length of time folks have on the waiting list. Occasionally a room is only available for the current year, and that is posted with it’s availability.
We are booked pretty solidly by the week May through October, but we do have available spaces in between our weeks and cancellations. They are posted each Monday morning at the availability calendar link on the right side of our homepage. We require two nights for reservations 4-6 weeks out, and sometimes do have single nights available a day or two ahead of time.
We require a $100 deposit for each week booked the year in advance, which needs to be sent around January 1. You may pay more than that, or pay in installments through the year. We also ask that you make a note on or with your check, so there is no confusion on dates.
For reservations made less than a year in advance we require a Visa or Mastercard number to hold the room. We do not normally charge your card unless requested.
We do not normally issue confirmation numbers for our reservations. Those made on site receive a written confirmation. If you would like confirmation for a phone reservation, please email Sally at firstname.lastname@example.org and request one.
We request that you give us 72 hours notice for cancellation of reservations less than a week. We request at least two weeks notice on weekly stays, and those booked a year in advance. For cancellations please call us at the Inn at 503 436 2457.
